1. What Can Be Returned?

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returns accepted from within the U.S. only (for now!).

• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or earrings. Thanks for understanding.

2. How to Start a Return

Our friendly team will guide you through the rest — no compass required.

3. Types of Returns

a) Changed Your Mind?

• No problem — we accept remorse returns anytime.

• Item must be in sellable condition.

• You cover return shipping. Once received, we’ll refund the product cost (original shipping isn’t refundable).

b) Item Defective or Damaged?

• Yikes! Email us ASAP.

• We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement (your choice, stock depending).

• If replacement isn’t available, we’ll refund everything — including original shipping.

4. Timing

• Remorse returns: No strict deadline, but sooner is better.

• Defective items: Let us know within a week or two of delivery.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. (Banks might take a bit longer — that part’s out of our hands.)

6. Re-stocking Fee?

None! We’re not that kind of shop. You’ll get a full refund for the item itself (minus return shipping if applicable).

7. Want a Different Size/Color?

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order. That way, you get exactly what you need — faster.
